When 4G, Tracking Platform or SIM Card are not described in the offering... probably they are not part of it. Then it might appear as if it is cheap, but in fact it is not.
Note that 2G is not available any longer in various countries and will be phased out in all countries in the near future. Only buy GPS Trackers that support 2G and 4G.
A GPS Tracker requires a Tracking Platform for saving locations and plotting trips in maps. Make sure there are no additional hidden costs when buying a GPS-Tracker.
A GPS-Tracker requires a SIM Card for connectivity to transmit the locations over the air to the Tracking Platform. Double check to find out whether a SIM Card is included in the offering.
